The Wonders Of GPRS
GPRS standing General Package Radio Service is a protocal for data transfer over a mobile phone network.
GPRS replaced the dial-up mobile phone Internet access, offering faster browsing of Internet content and email. It was the unique "always on" internet service" for handheld gadgets.GPRS on a mobile phone doesn't use a phone number to connect, it uses something called an APN (Access Point Name). With this clever protocal, you don't pay for your online time per-minute, you pay for the amount of data you transfer. The protocal has now been largely superseded by faster data network services known as 3G!

WAP & GSM
Wireless Application Protocol (WAP)
The WAP standard describes a protocol suite allowing the interoperability of WAP equipment and software with many different network technologies, thus allowing the building of a single platform for competing network technologies such as GSM and IS-95 (also known as CDMA) networks.
Before the introduction of WAP, service providers had extremely limited opportunities to offer interactive data services, but needed interactivity to support now-commonplace activities such as:

Today we have scheduled roles and assignments for one another, giving us a clear view on what each of our individuals had to do. To each of our members we have organised different points of motivation and organisation. If we can stick to these roles and group rules we are sure to have a clear and productive production process.

W3C Consideration
The W3C is a stardards agency for the worlds web system, W3C is the abreviation used for the "World Wide Web Consortium". The W3C was founded in 1994 by Tim Berners-Lee, the original architect of the World Wide Web. The organization's purpose is to develop open standards so that the Web evolves in a single direction rather than being splintered among competing factions. This standards agency tries hard to keep an eye on what the users of the web are looking for, this agency is useful and can improve web efficiency. you should take this in to consideration for all sorts of people when making a site, all sorts of people maybe affected ie disabled people.
