MMS

MMS, standing for Multimedia Messaging Service is the standard way for phone to phone messaging with multimedia attachments. It is a clever service that became very popular for sending picture messages to and from mobile. It is a popular protocal for sending pictures, sound clips and video clips.

    I find that I hardly use MMS anymore. Having a smartphone, everything can usually be shared via social networking websites such as facebook, twitter and flickr without any charge.
